Born in Ibadan in 1975, Emmanuel-King’s academic journey took him from Ibadan Municipal Government Primary School to prestigious institutions such as Federal Government College, Odogbolu, and Remo Secondary School, Shagamu. He pursued further studies in Estate Management and Valuation at Yaba College of Technology, later obtaining a Master’s degree in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan. His academic achievements also include a Doctorate from the European American University and an MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business Management, UK.

Driven by a passion for real estate, he founded Adron Homes & Properties Limited in 2012. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a multi-billion-naira enterprise with a strong presence across Africa. Adron Homes continues to expand, creating jobs and redefining housing solutions.
Beyond business, Emmanuel-King is a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Managers, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, and a recipient of multiple industry accolades. His philanthropic efforts have also been recognized, including a Gold Certificate from the Rotary Club for his contributions to community service.
A recipient of several chieftaincy titles, Emmanuel-King’s legacy as a pathfinder and pacesetter is firmly established. He is married to Chief Mrs. Aderonke Omotola Emmanuel-King, co-founder and Executive Director of Adron Group, and together they have built a family rooted in excellence and service.
